You’ll be making sure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea to value lifecycle at reduced cost or reduced time to market. Additionally, You’ll Be Supporting the design of automation test strategies, aligned to business or programme goals Evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches, based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions Collaborating with stakeholders and feature teams and making sure that automated testing is performed and monitored as an essential part of the planning and product delivery Designing and creating a low maintenance suite of stable, re-usable automated tests, which are usable both within the product or domain and across domains and systems in an end-to-end capacity Applying testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle along with mandatory, regulatory and compliance requirements The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone with ten years of experience in automated testing, design and create a low maintenance suite of stable re-usable automated tests which are usable both within the product or domain and also across domains and systems in an end-to-end capacity. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders and feature teams and make sure automated testing is performed and monitored as an essential part of the planning and product delivery. You’ll also support the design and implementation of testing automation frameworks easily maintainable by quality automation specialists and assist in the use of efficient and effective processes, standards and test metrics in to order continuously improve the quality automation service. We’ll Also Look For You To Have Experience in tools like UFT, Selenium, Postman, GitLab, Cucumber, AI tools and expertise in programming language like JAVA, Python, VB macro and Frameworks of BDD, TDD, TestNG Seek and rely on continuous feedback, keeping up to date with and promoting best practice in quality automation methods, tools, techniques and standards, to maximize the customer experience and reduce test cycle time Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium WebDriver for web application testing. Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and product owners to define test requirements and automation strategies. Write, execute, and analyze automated test scripts, report defects, and track issues through resolution. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and manage version control (Git) to ensure seamless regression testing. Monitor test environments, troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test performance, and ensure test reliability. Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices to elevate team capabilities. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Python and Selenium WebDriver. Strong programming skills in Python and test frameworks such as PyTest or unittest. Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up. Experience integrating Selenium scripts with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and using Git for version control. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development processes. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with BDD frameworks like Behave or Cucumber. Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured) and automation techniques. Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for test environment orchestration. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
