You should be an Integration Analyst with deep knowledge and experience of working with SAP FICO Processes in a multi-national organisation. Your expertise should include SAP General Ledger and Integration, Period End Close in ECC and S4, as well as experience in Controlling, RRB, COPA, JVA. Integration with other SAP modules and a strong understanding of accounting and posting schemas in SAP are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include project management to conduct ECC impact analysis and drive necessary changes, along with a deep understanding of finance month close and enterprise structure. With 10 to 12+ years of relevant work experience in systems and process design, including 4+ years of experience in system design, you will play a crucial role in GBS Enabling Solutions. As an Integration Analyst for FI and CO, you will work on solution design related to bp's finance SAP solution and oversee enhancements to the Finance SAP Template. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful build and testing of the solution, especially as the ECC landscape integrates with S/4 HANA. Your ability to understand business requirements, propose global standard solutions, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders will be key. You should support template fit-gap and user training sessions, provide testing scenarios for new designs, and embrace agile principles in your work. Strong presentation and communication skills, a passion for capturing business requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment are essential for this role. You should have the ability to prioritize tasks, build relationships with stakeholders, and continuously learn to become an authority on template solutions.,
