Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline marketing, CRM, or a related role. Experience working in the automotive or B2B industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a bonus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
