About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls) 2. Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of WebPulse Solution's digital marketing services 3. Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers 4. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs 5. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales 6. Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth/revenue from existing customers 7. Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics Requirements: 1. Demonstrate good communication skills 2. Practice active listening skills 3. Apply strong convincing skills 4. Exhibit effective client handling skills 5. Manage stress and rejection while soliciting clients 6. Leverage prior experience in sales, business development, or voice process 7. Offer solution-oriented thinking with effective problem-solving skills 8. Utilize knowledge of various online portals as an added advantage
