Post-press Supervisor (Printing & Pacaking)

SUPERVISOR- POST PRINTING:

1. Responsibility for running in shifts smooth and effective manner.

2.Arrange the Inputs (Foil Black, Positive, KLD, Screens, Hot stamping foil, Emboss Blocks, Films, Glue, Spot UV, Positives & Punches) as per daily machine plan in advance.

3. Prepare the daily production report of Foil stamping, Lamination, Embossing, Spot UV & Punching.

4. Check the line clearance activity of every product change over in all machines.

5. Responsible for the initial approval for production run as per customer artwork and specification.

6. Responsible for controlling in process wastage and shortage.

7. Responsible for maintaining post printing shop floor neat and clean.

8. Responsible and ensure all process completed products are keep in separate pallet with identification label and with job Docket.

9. Responsible for allotting time slot for machines as per preventive maintenance schedule.

10. Responsible for resolving Maintenance of Machines.

11. Responsible for running the post printing dept with minimum manpower and ensure no machine is not run due to shortage of manpower.

12. Controlling of Wastage at every stages of process and achieve the target.

13. Monitoring daily production targets and analyse the reason for if not meeting target.

Candidate must be experienced at least 2-3 years in Printing & Packaging industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,584.20 - ₹32,000.00 per month
