You will be working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in a microgrid research lab, focusing on research projects related to the design and development of Microgrid cluster and blockchain for smart microgrid/grid. Collaborating with a team of experts, you will have access to cutting-edge equipment and facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct independent research in Microgrid technologies, emphasizing the transition towards Smartgrid prototype - Learn, develop, and implement control algorithms for a battery augmented 3kW Wind-Solar Rooftop renewable power system interfaced with WAVECT controller (Funded Project) - Create innovative algorithms to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical power systems - Work closely with researchers and industry partners to drive advancements in the field - Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences **Qualifications Required:** - Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Thesis under review or a related field - Strong background in power systems, control systems, renewable energy technologies, and optimization algorithms - Experience with smart grid technologies and renewable energy systems is advantageous - Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, BLOCKCHAIN, or other relevant languages - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Please note that the last date to apply for this position is October 15, 2025.,
