Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough post-completion inspections of commercial interior design sites. Verify that all finishes, fixtures, materials, and workmanship conform to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards . Identify and document snag lists (deficiencies/punch points) and ensure timely rectification by project teams. Work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to align on quality expectations . Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures specific to interior fit-outs. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Provide detailed inspection reports , including photos and recommended corrective actions. Track and follow up on issues until satisfactory closure. Conduct final acceptance checks before client handover. Requirements: Proven experience in quality control/inspection in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects. Strong eye for detail and understanding of materials, joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications . Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple site inspections. Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture , or related field.
