Role Manager-System / (Commercial) Function Commercial Reporting to Manager-Commercial Business Jewellery and Watches Level Date Job Details The role is responsible for automation of processes, improving billing system, prevention of revenue leakage (RA), implement system audits and controls across global markets. Implement commercial SoPs and monitor commercial operations, processes, compliances to local laws. Job Responsibilities: Drive the Roll-Out of all new system requirements in POSS, ePOSS, Websites, RPA and other system tools as per the business needs Work towards IT solution for improving and simplifying billing system, prevention of revenue leakage (RA), system audits and controls Understanding and analyzing the business requirements for various retail systems - POS, Customer Order Management, customer relationship management, Gold Scheme System (GHS), Gold Exchange Program, Jewellery Service Team etc. Drafting Funtional Specification Document based on the inputs of end users - Retail, Commercial & other teams. Ensure timely completion of required development & UAT through internal / external IT development teams Conducting rigorous testing to identify and fix any bugs or issues in the retail system functionalities. This ensures the system operates smoothly and meets the business needs. Collaborating with other departments and teams, such as business teams, database administrators, network administrators, and software architects, to integrate the retail system functionalities with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow. Creating detailed documentation for the developed functionalities, including user guides and technical specifications. This helps users and developers (external & internal) to understand the system and troubleshoot any issues. Automation of Processes/Approvals/Reports and financial performance through BI/ Tableau/workflow in SAP/BPM Support POSS & Commercial training on processes / guidelines; Ensure that all the stores are aligned to Commercial Compliances. Implement a schedule of authority related to commercial operations; resolve critical escalations pertaining to same. Prepare and Implement SoPs relating to commercial operations and ensure effective closure of audit points Evaluate the different technology options available in the market. This involves comparing features, benefits, and costs, and making recommendations based on the specific needs of the retail system. Education CA-1st or 2nd Attempt Relevant Experience 6-7 years of relevant experience Skills 1. Working experience on POSS development, IT Project Management in retail industry will be an added advantage. 2. Communication 3. Relationship Building 4. Self-Driven 5. Curiosity 6.
