Role profile: Responsible for driving the Retail Business through POSP model as per the business plan and target thereby maximizing revenues from various product / Business lines as has been directed. Developing network of POSPs / Agency and expansion of the customer base with in the given area of operation building of an effective & efficient sourcing team. Skills: Adherence to the business plan for the Retail businesses and Engage with the team of POSPs and drive business. Take responsibility for building networks and strategic alliances with partners, clients, customers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Retail business. Work with reporting line to develop new strategies and generate revenues from the untapped market. Activate Promotion Programs, Build Databases, Market Mapping. Drive Distribution Objectives by adhering to Target segment / Market Reach and Penetration/ Cross sell/ Up sell. Coordinate the functioning of sales, Operations, Training and Service Personnel to ensure effective delivery of customer proposition. Ensure adherence to IRDA regulation and Company Policy. Be able to single handed prepare various reports on various Agency data sets related to Business, Agents, Employees, etc Design and prepare a comprehensive Agency Dashboard (using Excel or Visual Basic) Review all MIS reports on average productivity, number of POSP agents and takes corrective actions in case of variations. Experience: 3 to 5 years in general Insurance
