Job Description: As the Commercial Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the Commercial and Bid Team by ensuring timely setup of new parts to drive business growth and enhance profitability on new and existing products. Collaborating closely with the team members and reporting to the Commercial & Bid Team Leader, you will support various activities aimed at achieving Optima's business strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving queries with key stakeholders, processing new business wins up to the point of first order placement, and providing data support for new business opportunities and benchmarking activities. By working in coordination with relevant stakeholders, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, while also building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
