Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer (Process field instruments ) We have an urgent opening for a Sales Engineer specializing in Process Instrumentation. The candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience in a sales engineering role related to Process Instrumentation. Key Responsibilities: Client Visits & Sales Generation: Proactively visit clients to generate and follow up on sales inquiries. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure accurate and competitive offers are sent to clients. Order Finalization: Negotiate and finalize sales orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon. Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from clients as per agreed terms. Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Logistics, Service, and Accounts, to ensure seamless sales operations. Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry generation to order fulfilment and payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business growth. Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in process field instrumentation sales. Skills Required: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English). Proficiency in handling client interactions and relationship management. Must be willing to travel 100% of the time for client visits. Experience in the process instrumentation industry is mandatory.
