Requirements

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience or strong academic/portfolio projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy, user research, and experience mapping for multi-platform products.
  
• Define personas, journeys, and information architecture aligned with business goals.
  
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams to drive design outcomes.
  
• Mentor junior designers and guide usability testing and iteration.
  
• Present design rationale and insights to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements and Skills

• Expertise in user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive design.
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, and research tools.
  
• Experience with analytics platforms and data-driven design.
  
• Ability to lead workshops and co-creation sessions.
  
• Familiarity with BFSI, healthcare, and IoT product ecosystems.
