As a Surface Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the surface grinder. Your core responsibilities will include processing hot runner system parts, ensuring timely completion of production tasks, and maintaining daily work reports. You will also be expected to conduct thorough self-inspections of parts and accurately fill in inspection reports. Additionally, you will be required to uphold 5S standards and collaborate effectively with the team, including working overtime as needed. Any other duties assigned by the leadership team should be carried out diligently. To qualify for this position, you should hold a technical secondary school degree or higher in mechanical engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in grinding. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, understanding various form and position tolerances, and utilizing basic measuring instruments is essential. The ability to operate a punch shaper is also required. A proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, capability to work well under pressure, and a collaborative mindset are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates. Previous experience with surface grinders is considered advantageous for this role.,
