Job Description

Some 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations, from the world's largest companies to small and mid-market firms, rely on SS&C for expertise, scale, and technology.Provide Technical support to iFast production, UAT, Adhoc and QA/DEV services. Resolve production incidents in a timely fashion as per defined SLA related to file processing /delivery, iFast Desktop, base and iFast EChO , iFast Web and KURE etc. Provides support to refresh adhoc environments. Understanding of different components of services (messaging layer FUSE/IMB MQ, Apache, Spring boot, LDAP services, backend databases and application, containers-based services). Troubleshooting of production and non-prod incidents by reviewing logs at infrastructure level to recover services. Support on-boarding projects for new business (example new iFast client setup, support model office, support conversion projects). Participate in annual Disaster Recovery Exercise, maintain, and update DR procedures. Support day-to-day iFast backups/restore processes (Commvault and iFast Start of Week Processes).This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting hybrid environments, supporting container-based applications, and ensuring uptime across development, test, and production systems.
