The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, finalization of accounts, and supporting the CA/Higher Authority in financial reporting and audits. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to guide a small team of accountants. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance Oversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations). Assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Financial Control & Analysis Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables. Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis. Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors/CA. Team Supervision Guide and review work of junior accountants/executives. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records. Qualifications & Skills Experience of Handling Ecommerce Accounting. 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
