POSH Trainer

The SafeCampus Workshop Trainer facilitates interactive workshops focused on the POSH Act. Success in this role means delivering impactful sessions that foster awareness and behavioral change. This role plays a vital part in advancing SafeCampus’s mission to build safer, more inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, participatory workshops for diverse youth and educational audiences, avoiding lecture-only formats.
• Collaborate with team members to co-create and adapt workshop content for varied contexts.
• Create safe, respectful spaces for dialogue around sensitive topics like POSH.
• Gather feedback and assess workshop outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
