The ideal candidate should have deep product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. --- Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner. · Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from HA (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners) and HE (e.g., TVs, audio systems, home theaters) categories. · Demonstrate and explain product features, warranties, and benefits effectively. · Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently. · Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all electronics categories. · Ensure proper merchandising, stock levels, and cleanliness of display units. · Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales follow-ups professionally. · Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and product availability. · Participate in promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and seasonal sales drives. · Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity to management. --- Requirements: · Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in consumer electronics. · Strong knowledge of both Home Appliances and Home Entertainment product lines. · Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail setting. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. · Energetic, presentable, and persuasive personality. · Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software, etc.). · Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail hours. --- Preferred Qualifications: · Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. · Experience working with leading electronics brands (e.g., LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, etc.). · Multilingual abilities are a plus (depending on location).
