We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in credit management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the credit function within the bank's branch network. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Conduct regular credit reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential credit risks. Provide training and guidance to staff on credit-related matters. Monitor and report on credit performance metrics to senior management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to credit management.
