Role: Portfolio Relationship Manager Department: Portfolio Management Reporting to: Vice President - Head of Portfolio & Business Management (WSL) Coverage Job Location: Noida, India Overview of the Job Portfolio management in lending involves overseeing and optimizing a portfolio of loans to balance profitability, risk, and growth. This role is critical in financial institutions, including banks, NBFCs, and lending fintechs. Below is an overview of the responsibilities, skills, and key functions associated with this role. Best Things about the Job Working in a highly entrepreneurial setup with a visionary team passionate to help scale new heights of business success Exposure to exploring limitless possibilities and ideas no matter how impossible they may seem today CredAble thrives on transparency and a culture to nurture growth Being part of CredAble enables you to push beyond the ordinary Your Role at CredAble Manage the existing Portfolio Relationships as assigned Lead the Vendor Onboarding for Anchor downs, documentation, KYC and other operational requirements Participate in borrower Renewals, Enhancements on a regular basis Interaction with Internal stakeholders like risk ops, Finance, Lending, Credit, etc. on an everyday basis Assuring maximum utilization of sanctioned limits Cross sell different products like PO, Trade, Trip Financing, etc. Ensuring Portfolio health, monthly & quarterly compliances for borrowers and tranche collections on due dates. Individual contributor role (I-C Role) What will you bring to CredAble? Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market Structured and ability to think on his/her feet. Education MBA in Sales/Marketing education background preferred.
