Role & Responsibilities: Assist in project planning by defining timelines, resource requirements, and key milestones. Track project progress through regular site visits, status reports, and proactive issue resolution. Act as a liaison between the Head Office, project sites, and clients to ensure alignment on objectives. Interact with clients to address and resolve project-related matters efficiently. Maintain and track all project communications, ensuring timely follow-ups on critical actions. Review RFI statuses and ensure smooth execution of work on-site. Assist in design evaluations, update review statuses, and follow up for necessary approvals. Collaborate with HR to manage staff mobilization, replacements, and recruitment needs. Monitor project budgets, secure necessary approvals, and track expenditures against forecasts. Follow up on invoicing and ensure timely release of payments. Maintain project documentation and comply with ISO standards in the File Management System. Provide direct support to the Project Head, ensuring timely reporting and follow-ups on key issues. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or Master's degree in Construction Management. 8+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the rail, metro, or port sectors . Skills Required: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and proactively manage project challenges. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
