We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic car insurance team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance options, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Call potential and existing customers to sell or renew car insurance policies Explain insurance coverages clearly (Zero Dep, RTI, Consumables, etc.) Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Provide after-sales support and renewal reminders --- Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in car insurance telecalling or insurance sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage, WhatsApp, MS Excel) Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Immediate joiners preferred --- Perks: Attractive salary with high incentives Performance bonuses Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with the company
