Despite being based in Kolkata, we have subsidiaries in Thailand, the US, and the UK. We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Associate for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing technical support in an international BPO setting, with a focus on sales. The role involves attending inbound calls and resolving issues related to printers, routers, Mac, Windows, antivirus software, email, pop-ups, and more. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively close calls. This position offers both day and night shifts, with a competitive salary of up to 25000/- (negotiable) along with incentives. Employees will receive a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 casual leaves per year, 15 compensatory offs, and a paid birthday leave.
