Who We're Looking For: A talented and experienced Architect cum Interior Designer who has independently or collaboratively handled Farmhouse, Villa, and Flat Designs. You should be creative, technically sound, and confident in managing both design and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle architecture n interior design projects from concept to execution Design and present high-quality concept boards and mood boards Coordinate with 3D visualizers to translate design ideas into elegant 3D renders Draft detailed 2D working drawings for electrical, POP, plumbing, carpentry, etc. using AutoCAD Manage and conduct site visits and site supervision as needed Handle client meetings, presentations, and feedback efficiently Work closely with vendors for material procurement and costing Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining design quality Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and modern materials/finishes Required Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in reputed firms Strong portfolio with Farmhouses, Villas, and Flats Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), MS Office, and presentation tools Knowledge of interior design finishes, materials & execution practices Excellent communication and client handling skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently Team player with a proactive mindset and eye for detail Perks & Benefits: Office workstation (Laptop/Computer) provided Opportunity to work on high-end residential and signature projects A supportive and growth-focused design environment
