Role Overview This is a dual-role leadership position : Demand Generation: Build and execute POP Communication's marketing engine-our new website, HubSpot setup, SEO, GEO, PPC, campaigns, and funnel optimization. Operations: Bring structure, discipline, and efficiency to our internal team by setting up processes, implementing task management systems, and ensuring accountability across deliverables. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Lead the launch of POP Communication's new website working with designers/developers to ensure it reflects our brand and drives leads. Set up and manage HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Automation) for campaigns, tracking, and nurturing leads. Own SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy, content optimization, and reporting. Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with clear ROI goals. Develop lead funnels from awareness campaigns to nurturing sequences, ensuring measurable growth in the pipeline. Create and manage performance dashboards to report on demand gen KPIs. Operations Set up and enforce task management processes for the existing team. Build clear workflows for project tracking, deadlines, and accountability. Streamline cross-team collaboration between Strategy, Production, Outdoor, and Admin. Standardize reporting formats, weekly check-ins, and escalation protocols. Act as the operations backbone ensuring smooth execution of business priorities.
