You should have strong etiquettes and people management skills. You must be able to solve problems, take initiative, and plan tasks effectively. Flexibility with working extra hours when necessary for project completion is essential. You should work well in a team with a high people orientation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is required. Knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, interiors, pool, and landscape is necessary. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with different agencies and the Project Coordinator to ensure work progresses smoothly. You will be responsible for checking and maintaining the cohesiveness of concrete mix and consistency of mortar as per specifications. Keeping track of goods received and informing management of any rejected materials is crucial. You will need to ensure accurate room dimensions during slab shuttering and layout brick/block work at all floor levels. Proper stacking and record-keeping of materials received at the site is part of your duties. Ensuring that rejected materials by QC staff are not unloaded at the site is important. Executing works as per approved Checklist and Work orders, documenting all work done, and ensuring true and proper measurements of all works executed at the site are essential tasks. Checking materials received on-site, working out quantities, submitting daily reports, and taking safety measures related to work activities are also key responsibilities. Maintaining daily labor reports, curing, and cube registers is required. You will need to check and maintain the quality of work during the progress of work and implement safety and security guidelines at all times. Ensuring that contractors" materials are functional, issuing material slips before handing them over to contractors, and ensuring proper shifting of materials are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking the quality and quantity of formwork brought by the civil contractor and updating the project team by sharing daily site photographs. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 21/03/2025.,
