Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and emails for bookings, queries, and follow-ups Share information on services, pricing, schedules, and packages clearly and politely Coordinate boarding, grooming, cab appointments Maintain accurate records on booking platforms or internal systems Provide updates to pet parents during their pets' stay (photos, videos, updates) Work with handlers and caregivers to ensure instructions are followed correctly Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
Door to Door marketing activities to promote services, gather databases Schedule posts, engage with followers, track analytics, and participate in campaign brainstorming. Help organise and promote community events. On-ground assistance may be required. Respond to queries, gather testimonials, and support efforts to build a loyal community of pet parents.
