Job Title: Account Manager US IT Staffing (TCS/Infosys Accounts) Location: Noida, Sector 62 (In-Office) Shift Timing: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: SysMind is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager to lead and manage high-volume delivery for key implementation partners, specifically TCS, Infosys , and similar enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will come with a proven team , technical background, and deep expertise in US staffing across C2C, W2, and Full-time hiring models. Key Responsibilities: Manage and scale delivery across accounts like TCS, Infosys , and similar partners Build, lead, and mentor a strong delivery team for high-volume requirements Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for US IT positions across C2C, W2, and Full-time roles Ensure consistent submission quality, speed, and candidate experience Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures and performance tracking Interface with VMS platforms like Beeline and Pontoon to manage job requisitions and reporting Participate in weekly/monthly business reviews with clients and delivery leadership Candidate Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of experience in US IT staffing with at least 2–3 years managing implementation partner accounts Prior hands-on experience working with TCS, Infosys , or similar implementation partners is mandatory Must have an existing team to deploy for immediate delivery Strong understanding of VMS tools like Beeline, Pontoon Proven success in managing C2C, W2, and Full-time staffing engagements Excellent English communication and presentation skills Technically sound with a strong grasp of IT concepts and roles Technical education background (B.Tech, BCA, B.E) is strongly preferred Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night Shift)
