Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality standards. Tasks include staff management, inventory control, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining health and safety regulations, and resolving customer service issues. The role also involves liaising with various departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless workflow. Qualifications Experience in staff management, team leadership, and training Skills in inventory control and supplier coordination Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work on-site in Chennai Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
