Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to join our team at Ram-Nath & Company. Preferred candidate profile 1. The candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in bulk chemical trading and must be willing to travel and develop business from scratch in the specified regions. 2. Working with internal teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements and market needs. 4. Regularly visiting client places, factories, and industrial plants to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 5. During industry visits, the candidate should observe the details of existing products, engage in conversations with clients and industry professionals to learn about the products they are using, their experiences, and identify any gaps where our products can be pitched as solutions. 6. Addressing customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships. 7. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial deals. 8. Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. 9. Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. 10. Experience: minimum 4 years as Network engineer with hands-on experience in switch and PON configuration. Job Summary: To provide technical support to ISP, Customers, MSOs. Your activities and duties may include but not limited to: Troubleshoot and configure Optilink devices ONU, OLT, Switches and DWDM and provide corrective actions Testing of new devices which involves routing and switching hands on experience Act as technical escalation point of contact for Level 1 engineers Assist in the creation of Root Cause Analysiss (RCA), Assist in testing of new devices and networking protocols. Handle escalated and large configuration cases by visiting the customer site within Mumbai or out of Mumbai Key competencies Essential. 4 to 10 years of experience in switches (Juniper, Cisco, etc.) Good troubleshooting experience required Strong industry-based technical aptitude (e.g.TCP/IP and Application layer protocols) Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience on networking protocols (eg.
