To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Pulp and Paper Technology, Polymer Engineering/Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering fields with a focus on materials and polymers. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product development or R&D roles, with a strong background in material science, processing, and sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.
