We are seeking a Technical Service specialist to join our team and support Teflon polymers and coatings, Krytox lubricants and Viton fluoroelastomers! This position will support the development of our global product lines and report directly to the Regional Technology Manager at our location in Shanghai, China. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Providing technical support for various applications and product lines with a focus on Teflon polymers and coatings, Krytox lubricants and Viton fluoroelastomers. Technical support includes assistance for product qualification, application support, product selection, failure analysis and troubleshooting. Customer Interaction: Managing customer interactions, including technical discussions, online support, coordinating and communication with customers operations team and addressing customer queries. Collaboration: Support new product and application developments with both the regional and global team. Contribute to defining and quantifying the value of new offerings in meeting market needs and coordinate regional competitive offering analysis and translate this knowledge into a competitive advantage. Training: Conducting distributor refresh training, supporting new sales personnel and customers with technical knowledge. Audits and Compliance: Conducting audits at customers and managing Indian customs queries during clearance. What We Are Looking For We are searching for a curious, ambitious, and collaborative team member with: Education: Master/Bachelor in polymer science, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Flexibility: Ability to work on-site in the offices in Mumbai, India and a willingness to travel 50% of time in the Asia Pacific region. Technical Experience: Strong technical knowledge in polymer processing and background in new energy, semiconductor, electronics, or chemical industry. Knowledge in application of fluorinated polymers, coatings, lubricants, and elastomers is a plus. We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our Edgeband and WPC manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic extrusion, polymer processing, and end-to-end production management. Location:- Hapur Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory targets. Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise machine operators, line staff, and shift in-charges to maintain performance, discipline, and motivation. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve machine uptime, reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and improve product consistency. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards through process checks and coordination with the QA/QC team. Material & Inventory Management: Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials (PVC, wood powder, pigments, additives, etc.) Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion lines and other equipment. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production reports, daily logs, downtime analysis, rejection rates, and manpower utilization. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines. Lead the development of new engineering plastics products from concept through commercialisation. Oversee experimental design, material selection, and process optimization to Ensure product quality and performance. Required Candidate profile Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in R&D within the engineering plastics or polymer industry. Proven track record of successful product development and commercialisation.

Monitor and report machine parameters, temperature settings, and process conditions Help in formulation preparation and colour matching under supervision Support quality testing (MFI, colour matching, dispersion, etc.) as per lab standards Required Candidate profile Eligibility Criteria for Qualification: CPET (Plastic Technology) ITI (Plastic Processing Operator) Diploma in Plastic/Polymer Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
