Polymer Processing Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a Polymer Processing Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in polymer compounding, extrusion, or injection molding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of polymer materials, additives, and process optimization techniques to improve product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize polymer processing operations (extrusion/injection molding/compounding).
• Develop and implement processing parameters for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot material or process-related issues to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new material trials and scale-ups.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in polymer processing or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process control, testing methods, and polymer characterization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
