Job Summary: As a Daily Staff member, you will assist with various physical tasks required for the smooth operation of the shop. This includes stocking shelves, loading/unloading deliveries, cleaning, and assisting customers. The role requires physical strength, stamina, punctuality, and a willingness to follow instructions. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles. Move and organize stock in storage areas and on shop shelves. Refill shelves and ensure displays are neat and clean. Assist with setting up displays, signage, and promotional materials. Carry out basic cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces). Dispose of packaging and waste appropriately. Assist customers with carrying goods or finding items. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor. Operate trolleys, carts, or basic shop equipment if trained. Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 kg]). Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Basic communication skills. Flexible with work hours (including weekends and holidays if needed). Working Conditions: Standing for long periods. Lifting, bending, and carrying. Indoor and/or outdoor work depending on shop type. Exposure to dust, cold storage (if in food retail), or outdoor weather.
