As a Senior Developer in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various Duckcreek policy implementation projects for global customers. Your role will involve being a technical lead with strong leadership qualities in the P&C Insurance domain. You will be expected to work collaboratively in a team setting, offering guidance to junior team members and effectively communicating status updates to onsite and project managers. Additionally, you will provide technical support and guidance to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in Duck Creek architecture and Policy functionalities - Understand and analyze business requirements related to Policy and Billing, as well as claims interactions - Work on Pages/View Model, Rating, Forms, TransACT, and Batch Script - Familiarity with incident and issue resolution in production support processes - Preferably familiar with Duck Creek Platform or ISO template upgrade process - Possess strong analytical, communication, organizational, and technology skills - Deliver high-quality product-based customizations - Independently implement complex solutions - Have a good understanding of Agile methodology - Collaborate with cross-team leads on proposed designs or solutions while addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner At EY, our purpose is to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
