As a Senior Manager-Maintenance with over 15 years of experience, you will be based in Bhiwadi, India, working full-time. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring robust preventive and predictive maintenance systems to minimize downtime. You will be in charge of planning shift manpower and breakdown activities, as well as implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) throughout the plant to enhance Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Your role will also involve improving machine capacities, reconditioning equipment, and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance targets. It will be essential to achieve 100% compliance with OHSAS/IATF requirements and focus on enhancing poka-yokes to increase machine and process reliability, thereby reducing defect generation and preventing defects. Additionally, you will provide support to process and project engineering teams in implementing new projects, enhancing process and machine capabilities, and monitoring critical spares while reducing spare consumption. Your contribution to planning and execution will be critical in optimizing the overall maintenance operations and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant.,
