Solution DeploymentBuild and manage infrastructure resources, installation of Linux Operating System (Red Hat) on physical and virtual servers, on-prem and in cloud [Azure/GCP] using IaaS, PaaS and other technologies. Customer Support:Deliver exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction level. Security & Vulnerability Management:Ensure compliance by onboarding all devices to respective security tools and, proactively improve stability and performance. Incident Response:Lead the investigation and response to performance or security issues, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. (Satellite, installation, system monitoring and maintenance, backup and recovery, tuning and troubleshooting, etc.) Experience with deployment and operation of cloud resources (GCP, Azure) Proficiency in automation of installation and deployment (Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, Terraform ") Experience with containerization and related tools (K8s, ArgoCD, Podman, Open Shift ") Experience in Server Clustering, Monitoring tools, DB administration, Network, Authentication, IP Protocol, Encryption and Active Directory is a plus.
