Role Description This is a full-time or Part-time time on-site role for a Podcast Partner at Benfarmm Private Limited in Kolkata. The Podcast Partner will be responsible for creating and producing podcast content related to the FMCG, culinary industry, conducting interviews, editing audio, and collaborating with guests to develop engaging episodes. He should be able to bear the expense of own and able to fund himself the initial months of requirements till it scales and become self reliant. As this is a Partnership Opportunity based on profit sharing model. Qualifications Experience in podcast content creation and production Audio editing skills Strong communication and interviewing skills Knowledge of the culinary industry or interest in food-related topics Creative storytelling abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field will be an added advantage however for Right Talent Degree will not be an hindrance Show more Show less
