As an HR Advisor in the Corporate Functions department at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in supporting all corporate functions on P&O operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting Business Managers in addressing specific people-related topics by providing advice on possible options within the context of Siemens policy. You will act as a consultant and advisor on tasks related to people management. Collaborating with the Global Learning Campus, you will support learning analytics and initiatives within the corporate functions. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help in closing open positions to meet the sanctioned headcount and provide regular updates on headcount status to the functions. Additionally, you will serve as a single interface to the Performance Controlling team for activities such as monthly data provision and headcount reporting. Your role will also involve workforce planning activities and providing recommendations to maintain headcount levels, as well as participating in succession planning workshops. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various corporate functions to execute key people initiatives and plan employee engagement activities, including connect sessions with employees. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing transfer-related activities and maintaining the employee database to ensure the highest standards of data quality in coordination with GBS colleagues. Your contribution to P&O initiatives in India will be vital in supporting special initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in HR, preferably with exposure to various aspects of the function. A management graduate with a creative and digital mindset, you should have excellent communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively in teams, and demonstrate qualities such as being grounded, honest, and hardworking.
