We are currently looking for an Oracle Application Functional Analyst to join our team. This role is remote, but you must be based in India. As an Oracle Application Functional Analyst at MoneyGram, your primary responsibility will be to engage with the business in defining the necessary processes and systems to support and enhance the profitable growth of the organization. You will play a key role in leading Oracle Financials projects and driving systems improvements to boost business performance. Acting as the primary IT liaison to the business function, you will provide ongoing system support and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include assisting in supporting Core and Custom Oracle Apps Financial modules, participating in projects to implement new or modified custom applications, acting as a functional consultant for production issues and new business implementations, and providing training to advanced users on new functionality and enhancements. Additionally, you will work closely with business partners to identify requirements for new functionality needs, create functional design documentation, and prioritize the development of technology solutions based on business impact. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of IT analyst experience, preferably in a financial services firm. Experience with iProcurement and iSupplier is preferred, and you should have at least 3 years of experience working with the Oracle eBusiness Suite. You should possess essential skills such as the ability to interpret complex data structure documentation, knowledge of various query/reporting tools, and in-depth understanding of business processes and best practices. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization, demonstrate accountability for desired outcomes, and work collaboratively with both functional and IT partners to achieve shared objectives.
