Familiarity with TPM, 5S, LOTO, RCA, and safety systems implementation. Strong computer literacy and ability to generate maintenance reports. An analytical, problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to operations. Team-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience Requirements Minimum: 5–6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a machine shop or similar environment.
