I had a housing loan with pnd and covered with met life insurance of 86000, now after 2 yr i had closed the account and transferred to another bank, met life is giving only 27000 as surrender value against 86000 It's total fraud and expert in manipulating and making fool of the customer.

Totally Froud company, they are selling their policy by wrong communication & mostly target to Sr. Citizens. By cheating they sold three policy to my parents by 35 Years maturity period. So many times calls on customer care but no solution. Very bad experience.
