Please do remember the visitors timing, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday upto 1200 noon. Very strict in timings, you will get small help in queries but no official thing happen like policy update.

Never ever buy metlife policy. there service is very pathetic once you take policy. you have to chase them a lot to get your money back. Even govt office service is better.

Note- There working time is 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. After that they don't entertain you for claim purpose. Best time to go there is morning time. And there service is good. They treat me well.
