We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Managers to join our growing EPC team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing industrial solar project orders , excellent client engagement skills, and a deep understanding of solar products and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in solar energy. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain customers in industrial and commercial segments. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Educate prospective clients about the technical and financial benefits of solar energy solutions. Prepare and deliver tailored solar proposals and presentations based on customer requirements. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies, pricing, and government incentive programs. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to order closure and post-sales follow-up. Track sales performance, report on pipeline status, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Represent SVPL Solar at trade shows, exhibitions, and community outreach programs. Provide inputs to marketing teams for campaigns, content, and promotional materials. Stay informed about local/state energy regulations in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh . Ensure smooth handover of projects to the execution team for timely installation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry . Proven ability to close high-value solar EPC deals independently. Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including technical and commercial aspects. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic computer handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — capable of simplifying complex concepts. Strong negotiation and contract-closing abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive, result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh . Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions. Additional certifications or training in solar sales will be an added advantage.
