PMT Shoe Designer

As a Creative Designer, your role involves creative designing and development for Hawaii molds, including top plate, bottom plate, and PVC strap designs. You will be responsible for creating new and innovative profiles for Hawaii, as well as designing innovative sole side designs. Your tasks will include sending the finalized profiles and sole designs in CDR format to PDE for Die development, grading final artworks, and releasing them in CDR format for production die making. Additionally, you will be involved in color forecasting for Hawaii, market ideation, final sample preparation, and handing over the sample to PDE. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Des in Creative Designing or FDDI. You should have software knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
