We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the hospital furniture segment through B2B, B2C, and channel partner development across India. The candidate will support strategic expansion plans, manage client relationships, and develop distribution channels to strengthen brand presence nationwide. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C):Identify and acquire new clients in the hospital, clinic, and healthcare sector (B2B). Engage in direct-to-customer (B2C) sales activities where applicable. Conduct market research to identify potential sales leads and opportunities. Assist in preparing and delivering product presentations and quotations. Channel Partner Management: Channel Partner Management:Build and maintain a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners across regions. Support onboarding, training, and motivation of channel partners. Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to achieve sales targets. PAN India Operations:Assist in managing sales activities across multiple regions. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. Support regional sales campaigns and exhibitions across India. Customer Relationship Management: Customer Relationship Management:Maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Handle post-sales support, complaints, and service coordination. Gather feedback for product improvement and innovation.
