JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for A MALE candidate to work with us and facilitate the Sales Process support , Sales Coordination and MIS / Data Analysis role that include : Communication and Coordination, like Administrative and logistical support to the sales team, to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals, internal coordination between Sales team in Head Office and Branch Offices, communications between the sales team and clients which includes handling & replying to customer enquiries & queries, Preparing & Sending Quotations, scheduling appointments, Coordination with Principals Manufacturers / Suppliers on need basis for Order Management & order processing, Supply chain Management, Logistics and Shipping, and other queries on need basis, and ensuring smooth communication. Tendering Roles like Downloading Tender Enquiry documents, Preparing & uploading Tender documents & offers for both Online Submissions and dispatching Offline Tenders on time for Participations Administrative Support: like Assisting Sales Head / GM-Sales & Operations in day to day activities and other necessary processes. managing schedules, preparing various Sales Reports &/or MIS reports as per sales team & management requirement for decision making, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales data and customer information. Teamwork and Collaboration, like working closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities Data Management & Compilations that includes maintaining and updating client databases, track sales performance, and generate various reports to monitor progress towards sales targets. KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENT Any Graduate, preferably from Engineering or Commerce background, with 3-7 years of Sales Coordination & Data Management experience (a relevant experience in manufacturing / trading company having handled Industrial products / Auto Ancillary products, similar products will be an added asset) The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast learner, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-orientated and able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision. Having good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multitask. . Supporting the development and implementation of new sales strategies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. Strong attention to details. Job brief We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support Management Team to double-up and multi-task as a HR & Admin Professional for the company. Responsibilities Maintain Management Team’s Calendar Management and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. Attend meetings and keep minutes. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Make travel arrangements for Management Team, like Ticketing, Visa Processing etc. Handle CSR activities on behalf of company and management by communicating with Institutions & its members like Rotary Club, 41 Clubs of India for approvals and execution of projects Monitoring Day to Day office Maintainence activities and resolve issues where ever required, Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Manage inventory of office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. General and complete HR roles & responsibilities as and when required including end to end Recruitments, negotiations with HR Consultants, Joining Formalities, Exit formalities etc. Handle confidential documents including personal files ensuring they remain secure.
