As the Head of Delivery & Client Onboarding at Locus, you will play a crucial role in leading our global delivery organization to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and successful go-live for enterprise customers, particularly in Western markets such as North America and Europe. Your responsibilities will include establishing and scaling the delivery function, developing enterprise implementation frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships, standardizing operations, and focusing on client satisfaction in Western markets. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing delivery team comprising regional leaders, project managers, solution architects, and onboarding specialists. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery processes for large-scale enterprise clients, adhering to contractual obligations, SLAs, and customer KPIs. To excel in this role, you should have 12-18 years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery, implementation, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to scale delivery organizations in high-growth environments and understand the expectations and communication styles of Western enterprise clients. Possessing certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile will be advantageous, along with the flexibility to travel globally as needed.
