As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team located in Seawood, Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all PMO operations. You will be tasked with monitoring and tracking projects to ensure timely execution and completion, as well as tracking project budgets and progress. An important aspect of your role will be to analyze project data in order to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with vendors on project and resources activities, conduct vendor performance reviews, and verify SLA compliance. You will also be responsible for validating estimations provided by internal and external stakeholders and preparing project status reports for management review. Your role will involve coordinating with project stakeholders to provide updates on the status and progress of their projects, as well as generating analytical reports for senior management on vendor and project performance. You will also be expected to support risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation procedures, while ensuring that governance and compliance processes are adhered to across all projects. To excel in this position, you must possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in presentation. Knowledge of SDLC processes, project delivery and acceptance processes, and administration of project management frameworks, processes, and tools is essential. You should also have analytical abilities with effective metric tracking and reporting, proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and a working knowledge of SQL. You will be required to prepare monitoring reports, including RAG status and RAID logs.
