Years of Experience:
• Candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within a professional services or multinational corporation Technical Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and PMO skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously • Ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on the ethics agenda • Problem solving skills and experience in generating ideas • Detail oriented • Team oriented • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
Other Qualifications:
• A risk management or culture-driving/change background is preferred (including experience in Ethics and Compliance, Quality and Risk Management, Anti-Corruption, or similar) • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, experience in working on projects with limited direction, and ability to work well under pressure • Ability to work independently and be self-directed and responsive • Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a global, matrixed environment • Diplomacy and poise are key attributes for success • Experience preparing presentations for senior management • Ability to predict and respond to senior leadership requests/needs
