You should have exposure and experience in drafting and pleading. Your knowledge should span across criminal law, civil law, and business law. Additionally, you should be skilled in writing and drafting MOUs and agreements. Your communication skills should enable effective interaction with advocates in other localities. You will be responsible for filing and updating cases, as well as staying informed about the latest developments in the PMLA Act. The ideal candidate for this position will be based in Bangalore and should be willing to travel. You should have 2-5 years of experience in both court and corporate settings, along with proficiency in computer skills. Fluency in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi is required. A qualification of BBA LLB is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, yearly bonuses, and day shifts.
