About the Opportunity Tucows Domains is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical projects in the domains industry. This role involves collaborating with Engineering team members, leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify, plan, and execute operational solutions. Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies and driving Agile transformation. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a leadership role within Agile teams, such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master Lead, or similar. Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) in a large organizational setting. Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
